Egg-Chanting part 2

We opened three eggs and found that they were not done crystallizing.

It's a good thing we made extra. We decided to wait a week longer to open those. We didn't get as many crystals as we thought.

We found a other good way by Steve Spangler.

This is how it turned out
Hope you have a egg-chanting time

Egg-chanting

Today we are going to make egg Geods. First what you will want to do is get an egg and a thumbtack and poke a hole in the egg.

You will need a squirter to force air in the egg so the yolk will come out. Once all the egg is out squirt water in the egg, put your finger over the hole and shake. You will  want it all cleaned out.

You can even paint your egg
          once it's empty.

Heat 1/2 cup water and 2 tablespoons borax on the stove. Use a squirter to put the borax mixture in the eggs

Put eggs in the refrigerator for two days make sure they are not touched or moved. Stay tuned  for tomorrow to find out the results!

Buttery Biscuits

I have a wonderful recipe that I would like to share with you. First you will need:

3 cups of all-purpose flour
4 teaspoons of baking powder
1 tablespoon of sugar
3/4 teaspoon of cream of tartar
3/4 cup of butter
 1 cup milk

First add dry ingredients together and then grate some butter into the flour mixture with a cheese grater then add milk.  I usually add a little extra milk.

You will want the dough to be moist. Then you cut it out with a round biscuit it in the oven at 450 degrees. on a cookie sheet. Put

then cut with biscuit cuter or cup wait until crispy brown and take out of oven

I hope you have a wonderful treat enjoy

I love drawing

                     I love drawing

I had a really fun art teacher. She    showed me how to blend colors. when she went on vacation she would come back with stories to tell and new things to draw.  She would bring stuffed birds, mice and dead spiders as models for us to draw.

I love drawing. This is a Bengal         Tiger.

Whales are awesome. He's just chillin' in the sea.

She taught me that you can never fail in drawing. Everything you draw is a piece of art. When she was little she drew a picture of a cat. Someone told her it was ugly and she wouldn't draw for three years. I'm glad she started drawing again because she is a wonderful teacher.
